Questions we hear before the first project.
Do you replace our architect?
No. We work as an embedded extension of your team — supporting production, coordination, estimates, and permitting under your direction and to your standards. We do not replace your licensed architect or engineer; professional stamping is available as an optional add-on for clients without an in-house licensed architect.
How is quality controlled?
Before any deliverable reaches you, our project coordinator reviews every set for CD conventions, coordination, sheet organization, and against your brief. QC is a step in the pipeline, not an upsell.
What if we only need one project?
Single projects are welcome and there is no minimum commitment. Many clients start per-project and move to a retainer when they need ongoing capacity.
What information do you need to start?
A project brief with scope of work, discipline, set level (permit / construction / bid), approx. timeline, and project area — plus any available existing drawings, site information, and office standards you'd like us to follow.
Do you work with our office CAD/BIM standards?
Yes. If you provide templates, layer conventions, and a keynote system, we produce to your standards and deliver every file in them. If you don't have established standards, that's nothing to worry about — we maintain our own fully developed templates, proven across every project type, and deliver complete, editable files either way.
